What we collect and why
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, the frameworks you are interested in and whether you would like a call. We use this to tell you when we launch, to send updates, and, if you asked, to arrange a call. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
Who we share it with
We use Resend to store the waitlist and send email, Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated sign-ups, and PostHog (EU region) for website analytics, masked session replay and error reports. These providers act as our processors under contract. Resend and Cloudflare may process data in the United States under the UK-US data bridge or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or 12 months after launch if you have not become a customer, whichever is sooner.
Analytics and cookies
We use PostHog in the EU for pageviews, conversion events, masked session replay and unexpected error reports. Until you accept, this is cookieless and does not identify you. If you accept, we set a first-party cookie on groundworkcompliance.com so a later sign-up can be linked to this visit. Recordings hide what you type in forms. There are no advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary technologies to verify that requests are genuine.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
How to complain
Please contact us first at hello@example.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and tell you the outcome. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
